Remote SAFe Release Train Engineer

In this role, you will be a crucial player in facilitating large-scale Agile transformations across diverse digital ecosystems. Your expertise will help align business objectives with technical implementation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Working with cross-functional teams, you will support the Agile Release Train (ART) operations to ensure they deliver maximum value.

• Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, and System Demos
• Ensure strong alignment between Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Promote Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices
• Support continuous value delivery through Program Increments

• Proven experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer or Senior Scrum Master in SAFe environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks:
  Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles
• Experience facilitating program ceremonies such as PI Planning
• Solid understanding of software delivery life cycles and CI/CD practices
• SAFe RTE certification or SAFe Program Consultant certification
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
