UX/UI Designer - Mid - Level

Join a dynamic fintech startup as a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer, serving as the key partner to the Head of Product Strategy & Design. You will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-level, data-rich applications used by global financial institutions. As the second UX team member, you have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, influence design culture, and grow into a lead UX role within a swiftly scaling organization backed by a recent $70M investment.

• 3-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Proven experience designing web-based, complex, data-heavy B2B applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on enterprise software or finance industry products
• Expertise in Figma is mandatory
• Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and component-based design systems
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, scalable interfaces
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to remote startup environments

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for complex dashboards, forms, workflows, and tables
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform
• Apply UI and graphic design principles to improve the clarity and approachability of dense data and workflows
• Work closely with subject matter experts to validate and refine designs
• Assist with related design tasks such as marketing collateral and presentations
• Foster a strong UX culture within the team, sharing insights and best practices
• Take on increasing ownership of product design and contribute to the strategic evolution of user experience
