HCM IT Project Leader; m​/f​/d

Tasks

• Lead overall IT project delivery for migrating two LMS platforms (SAP Success Factors LMS and IMC LMS) into a new SAP Success Factors LMS instance
• Lead integration of Degreed as the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and skill management tool, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• In strong collaboration the data migration lead, oversee the data migration of learning content, user records, and learning history ensuring data integrity and auditability
• Define project timelines, milestones, resources, and budget for the migration and integration activities
• Facilitate communication between HR, Learning & Development, IT, and vendor partners
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, risk logs, and issue resolution processes
• Oversee user acceptance testing and support go-live activities and post-implementation support n collaboration with the test lead
• Foster a strong and efficient collaboration with the business project manager and the delivery lead from our implementation partner

• IT project management in HCM preferable focused on learning technology
• Direct experience with SAP Success Factors LMS platform and data migration projects
• Knowledge of Degreed platform integration or similar LXPs beneficial
• Familiarity with IMC Learning Management System or similar LMS platforms would be a plus
• Proven ability to work as a freelance/consultant with commitment to deadlines and deliverables
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptive in managing projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) as well as traditional waterfall approaches depending on client context
• Identifying potential risks and managing change requests effectively during all phases of the project lifecycle
