Join Our Team as a Service Now Developer (Remote)

The Service Now Developer will design, configure, and deliver solutions on the Service Now platform that integrate seamlessly with SailPoint and enhance existing identity‑related capabilities. This role centers on building workflows, connectors, and automation that support identity governance, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end processes for access requests, approvals, and lifecycle events.

• Develop and configure Service Now modules—including User Access Management, Approvals, and Catalog Items to integrate with SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ or Identity Now.
• Build and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to support identity governance requirements.
• Implement access request and approval workflows aligned with SailPoint logic and data flows.
• Configure identity‑related Service Catalog items with accurate routing, notifications, and fulfillment logic.
• Ensure all identity transactions meet security, compliance, and audit standards.
• Partner closely with SailPoint developers and architects to validate integration points and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct unit and integration testing for new features and integrations.
• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.

• Advanced experience with Service Now development (workflows, catalog, scripting).
• Advanced experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Intermediate proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Now scripting.
• Intermediate understanding of ITIL processes (Request, Change, Access Management).

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) — Required
• Service Now CIS:
  Application Developer — Preferred
• ITIL v4 Foundation — Preferred

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 based on experience
