As an AI Solutions Architect, you will design and deliver advanced, scalable solutions that power our clients’ transformation. You’ll lead technical strategy, guide cross‑functional teams, and shape high‑impact architectures across AI, cloud, data, and software engineering.

This role is ideal for builders, innovators, and hands‑on technologists who thrive at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI systems and real‑world business outcomes.

• Lead solution architecture for complex AI, cloud and data initiatives—from strategy through delivery.
• Identify and translate client requirements into robust technical designs and implementation plans.
• Guide project teams to ensure high‑quality execution, utilization and profitability.
• Design, implement and validate advanced AI, ML, cloud, analytics and software solutions.
• Champion technical excellence—mentoring peers, developing reusable practices and contributing to internal IP.
• Support pre‑sales efforts with architecture insight, technical scoping and solution leadership.
• Drive adoption of new technologies through training, enablement and thought leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
• Depth across multiple domains, with strong proficiency in at least one:
• AI/ML & Agentic Systems:
  Designing and deploying GenAI and agentic workflows, ML/LLMOps pipelines, experimentation frameworks and production‑grade AI solutions.
• Cloud Architecture:
  Azure and/or AWS solution design, cloud‑native patterns, and distributed systems.
• Data Engineering & Analytics:
  Architecting big data systems, vector/embedding architectures, Spark‑based workloads.
• Software Engineering:
  Python, SQL, Java, C++, modern frameworks, Dev Ops, CI/CD.

• AWS: ML Specialty, Solutions Architect, Data Analytics Specialty, AI Practitioner, ML Engineer
• Azure:
  Data Scientist Associate, AI Engineer, Solutions Architect Expert, Generative AI Fundamentals
• Databricks: ML Associate/Professional, Data Engineer Associate, Generative AI Engineer Associate

• Able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
• Experienced mentoring peers and contributing to internal initiatives such as training, recruiting and knowledge sharing.
