About the RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Product UX/UI Designer to join Lime Vizio Inc. — the tech engine behind national gifting platforms like Blossom Flowers, Sunny Flowers, and Gift on Schedule.

Support junior designers and evangelize user-centered design company-wide.
- 5–10+ years designing elegant UX/UI for e-commerce or product-centric businesses.
- A powerful portfolio that shows both heart and logic — stunning visuals + smart decisions.
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of CRO, checkout flows, product pages, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience running user interviews, surveys, and usability tests that uncover hidden friction.
- Bonus: fluency in HTML/CSS/JS to speak the dev team’s language.
