Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote position for experts with substantial experience in telecommunication fields. The role involves annotating and provisioning high-quality telecommunication data, contributing to the training and fine-tuning of large language models. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing, curating, and processing specialized datasets, collaborating with the data team, and ensuring that the data meets the standards for accuracy and relevance. Areas of  telecommunication applications we are focusing on :
Network Architect (CCIE/BGP/MPLS)
5G RAN Engineer / Telecom Architect
ITIL Expert / Service Delivery Manager
Telecom Billing Analyst / Data Scientist
Telecom Policy Analyst / Regulatory Affairs
RF Planner / Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer

Qualifications
Advanced knowledge and experience in telecommunications, including domain-specific expertise as above

Experience with coding for SFT and RLHF processes will be a plus
Strong background in STEM-related fields, mathematics, or a related technical discipline
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet project timelines
Prior involvement in data preparation or AI/ML model training is advantageous
