Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and closing processes to ensure timely delivery of key deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, managing logistics, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with project timelines. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications
Coordinate project management activities.

• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

• Oversee project procurement management to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve

• Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

• Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.

• Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

• Should have travelling multiple location for project coordination

• Should have handled issues and resolutions

• Should have experience in presentation to CXO to ground users levels

• Should have done training & assisted in handling system issues

• Should have increased users/Usage of the system

• Should have prepared requirement documents (1st Level) for internal team

• Should have work on User Success & Mapping users in large organization

• Should have Experience working with BFSI
