• Conduct original, hands-on research into vulnerabilities in 1
  
  Password's products and the identity security landscape
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits and attack demonstrations to validate research findings
• Investigate security risks related to AI and identity, addressing emerging challenges
• Author high-quality research publications and represent the organization at major security conferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement actionable security improvements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in security research, offensive security, or vulnerability research
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field
• Proven track record of discovering and responsibly disclosing original vulnerabilities
• Hands-on expertise in vulnerability research, exploit development, or advanced adversarial simulation techniques
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Rust, Python, or JavaScript/Type Script

• Familiarity with AI security challenges, including prompt injection and data poisoning
• A record of publications or presentations that advanced security understanding in the industry
• Experience mentoring junior or mid-level security colleagues
• Deep domain expertise in application security, cryptography, or identity protocols
