• Curate, validate, clean, and analyze datasets
• Perform research on various healthcare-related subjects
• Follow documented procedures to complete recurring tasks, including quality assurance on data
• Execute monthly operational data pipelines while managing multiple projects
• Sugges?t process improvements as identified and maintain a detailed knowledge of company processes and data infrastructure

• Bachelor’s degree in a field that emphasizes critical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills
• Demonstrated work or academic experience in data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis
• Familiarity with data manipulation in Google Sheets or Excel; interest in coding languages like SQL
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment with some ambiguity
• Strong commitment to individual accountability and authentic feedback within a team setting

• Experience in a fast-paced startup or technology environment
• Knowledge of healthcare data and its applications in decision-making
• Proficiency in additional coding languages beyond SQL
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
