- Lead the Insights Team by guiding Design, Engineering, and Product leaders to prioritize customer issues
- Define and deliver the product portfolio strategy to meet business buyers' needs
- Foster excellent relations across departments and represent the company with executive decision-makers and media
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize product performance and user experience
- Drive the overall product strategy and prioritize features on the roadmap
- 8+ years of experience in product management or owning features for businesses
- Proven success in defining and delivering B2B SaaS products, particularly in security or identity domains
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and complex B2B products
- Experience with data analytics capabilities and measuring product effectiveness
- Executive-level communication experience and ability to represent the voice of the customer
- Customer-facing background in support, sales, or customer success
- Experience building SaaS products sold to enterprise buyers, particularly at the CISO/CIO/CTO level
- Track record of planning with a vision for market dynamics over 18-24 months
- Excellent presentation skills and experience training internal teams for product launches
