• Develop, monitor, and maintain Information Security policies, standards, and procedures
• Ensure alignment of Information Security policies with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Identify and track Information Security risks, issues, and incidents using established techniques and procedures
• Execute response and investigative procedures for Information Security incidents to minimize negative impacts
• Coordinate with IT staff and representatives across the Health Network to integrate Information Security into technology and business practices

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Information Security or Information Technology role
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in Information Security
• Proven ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Experience in risk assessment and incident response in a cybersecurity context

• Additional certifications in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar)
• Experience focusing on specific Information Security domains such as Cybersecurity Operations or IT Risk & Resilience
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related IT environment
