We are seeking a Senior MECM (SCCM) / Intune Customer Engineer to act as a technical advisor and consultant for enterprise customers. This role involves designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting large-scale endpoint management environments (20K–50K endpoints).##

Key Responsibilities
* Design, deploy, upgrade, and maintain MECM/SCCM infrastructure
* Assess environment health, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
* Support Software Updates and Task Sequences
* Implement and manage SCCM Co-Management with Intune
* Assist with reporting (SSRS/Power BI)
* Provide customer training and technical guidance
* Manage Office deployment and policies across Windows, macOS, Web, and Mobile.## Required Experience
* 15+ years of deep expertise in MECM/SCCM
* Experience in large and complex enterprise environments
* Strong consulting and customer-facing experience
* Ability to present to technical and leadership stakeholders.## Technical Skills
* Infrastructure design, deployment, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting

This is a senior-level, customer-facing role requiring strong technical depth and enterprise-scale experience.
