Location: Kiln
A federal IT services provider is hiring a Service Desk Technician in Kiln, MS. This is a hybrid position transitioning to fully remote. Responsibilities include providing Tier 1 support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and documenting calls. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and basic computer knowledge. Certifications such as MCSA Office 365 and ITIL Foundation are preferred.
Competitive salary of $24.97 per hour.
