Position: Senior Partnerships Manager, Hyperscaler Alliances (Azure/AWS) (Remote Europe)

We are grateful for our 94 eNPS score. We’re hiring a Strategic Alliance Manager to lead partner engagement and accelerate adoption across our Cloud marketplace partners
, with an initial focus on Azure. The goal is to unlock the Microsoft ecosystem for n8n and turn ad-hoc activity into a repeatable motion that generates sourced revenue, grows average deal size, and accelerates time to market, proving Azure marketplace as a central GTM motion for n8n. Phase 2 plans scale into AWS in H2 2026.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Build and run the Azure partnership engine
  • Own Azure strategy end to end (co-sell, Marketplace, field alignment) with a clear plan, priorities, KPIs, and operating rhythm
  • Map and develop relationships across Microsoft partner org and field (AEs, PDMs, specialists, Marketplace) that consistently convert into opportunities
  • Stand up repeatable co-sell execution: account targeting, deal registration support, mutual action plans, Q  cadence, and escalation paths
  • Build joint co-marketing deliver campaigns, field events, and solution selling into enterprise and embedded use cases
  • Translate n8n into a hyperscaler-aligned value proposition tied to Microsoft priorities, seller incentives, and cloud consumption
  • Drive Marketplace outcomes and enterprise procurement
  • Make n8n fully transactible and scale private offers to remove enterprise friction and speed time to close
  • Partner with Legal and Finance on private-offer structures, procurement paths, and terms that align to enterprise needs
  • Promote Marketplace attach across the field and with Marketing to influence evaluation and expansion
  • Enable Sales, SE, Marketing, and CS with playbooks, training, and lightweight governance so the motion runs without heroics
  • Inspect and report Azure sourced and influenced pipeline, co-sell activities, win rates, cycle time, Marketplace attach, and field engagement health
  • Expand to AWS once Azure is predictable
  • Replicate the proven Azure model into APN/ACE/Marketplace and establish early field alignment and throughput in H2 2026
  • Lead lighthouse pursuits hands-on and unblock strategic deals to build early credibility and momentum
  • Set success benchmarks and raise the bar over time
Requirements
  • Must-haves:
    Microsoft Azure fluency (3+ years working for or with Microsoft Azure in alliances/PDM, Cloud GTM, or Enterprise Software Sales)
  • Referenceable Microsoft network: field and partner org relationships and experience with co-sell
  • Product and value articulation: ability to learn technical products quickly and frame an Azure-aligned value tied to seller incentives and cloud consumption
  • Builder who drives outcomes: ability to create field pull, orchestrate deals, and translate relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Program and stakeholder management: manage rhythms across Sales, SE, Marketing, and CS with clear plans, enablement, and inspection
  • Incentives literacy: familiarity with co-op, MDF, SPIFFs, and related funds to shape seller behavior and joint GTM
  • Nice-to-haves:
    Global breadth (experience across regions/customer segments)
  • Quota-carrying chops: prior direct sales experience or building a hyperscaler relationship from scratch
  • Marketplace expertise: experience with Commercial Marketplace motions, private offers, and enterprise procurement paths
  • Automation/AI background: knowledge of integration, automation, or AI-enabled workflow products

This is a builder role requiring both relationship leverage and program/commercial execution.
