HII Mission Technologies is seeking a HAISR Systems Employment Specialist to support U‑2 enterprise operations at Beale AFB, CA. The U‑2 community depends on reliable, well‑coordinated HAISR mission employment, training support, and sensor integration to ensure effective intelligence collection. Your work helps maintain mission readiness and strengthens the connection between MPC operations, aircrew training, and ISR tasking.

What You Will Do:Training & Mission Support
- Track and monitor MQT/IQT training requirements and courseware updates
- Assist with preparing recommended changes to training materials
- Support aircrew verification and certification processes
- Help ensure training documentation and requirements remain current and accurate
Operational Coordination
- Provide mission employment support for HAISR operations, exercises, and tests
- Assist with coordinating requirements across MPC, 9 RW units, and external organizations
- Help ensure timely flow of mission‑relevant information to HAISR personnel
- Support planning activities related to training, exercises, and contingency operations
Mission Systems & ISR Integration
- Apply working knowledge of IMINT, SIGINT, and MOVINT sensor employment
- Support data link operations and basic ISR architecture understanding
- Assist with integrating HAISR capabilities into mission planning and execution
- Contribute to the accuracy and usability of ISR products and mission materials
Team & Program Support
- Support the Technical Director, Wing Operations Director, and MPC leadership as needed
- Participate in meetings and working sessions related to HAISR mission execution
- Assist with initiatives that improve HAISR processes, training, and coordination
- 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with DoD High‑Altitude ISR (HAISR) programs, including aircraft, sensors, data links, tasking, and national intelligence collection systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations (SRO)
