What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Project manage enterprise onboarding and customer integrations, ensuring timely launches
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer goals into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, and migration goals
- Contribute to best practices development based on customer engagement learnings
- Act as an advocate for customers, driving improvements in their experience
- BA/BS/Undergraduate degree required
- Strong technical acumen with experience in enterprise IAM and SIEM solutions
- Proven ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Experience creating documentation of processes and playbooks
- Ability to work effectively across multiple concurrent projects with team members
- 5+ years of Technical Account Management or Sales Engineering experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages and APIs
- Cybersecurity and Account Takeover (ATO) prevention experience
