What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Project manage enterprise onboarding and customer integrations, ensuring timely launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer goals into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, and migration goals
  • Contribute to best practices development based on customer engagement learnings
  • Act as an advocate for customers, driving improvements in their experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS/Undergraduate degree required
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in enterprise IAM and SIEM solutions
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
  • Experience creating documentation of processes and playbooks
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple concurrent projects with team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of Technical Account Management or Sales Engineering experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages and APIs
  • Cybersecurity and Account Takeover (ATO) prevention experience
