To maintain high quality standards in our customer projects, you will contribute with your expertise as a Senior Quality & Process Manager. You will also accompany our interdisciplinary project teams, implement suitable test approaches and conduct tests yourself.
What you will do:You ensure and maintain the high quality of our web solutions and applications.
You are committed to quality and testing in our interdisciplinary project teams and work closely with our clients.
You will also be responsible for the test execution within the project, reporting the test results and monitoring the progress.
You will create automated scripts for end-to-end testswith Playwright.
What we expect:Senior-level experience in Quality Assurance across multiple software projects, with 7+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer.
Strong experience with test case and test plans creation, test case execution, test management, and QA documentation.
Awareness of the full testing and application deployment lifecycle, including manual testing, automated checks, smoke tests, regression testing, and release management.
Strong background in user acceptance testing, reviews, and overall quality validation. Ability to act as a quality owner across projects.
Hands-on experience in test automation using some of the following frameworks/tools:
Playwright, Cypress, Puppeteer, Robot Framework, or similar.
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients, client partners, and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with leading Quality standards, knowledge-sharing activities, or similar initiatives.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with experience supporting the growth of junior and mid-level QA professionals.
Experience guiding project teams on integrating quality processes, providing strategic QA guidance across multiple projects, and identifying opportunities to grow QA scope and budget within account teams.
Experience participating in project pitches and contributing QA input.
Business acumen to grow QA offerings and expand QA engagement within client accounts.
You are fluent in English (C1), German is a plus.
You live in Portugal or Germany.
