PLM Implementation Consultant
3 HTi, LLC is a privately held systems integrator and PTC Platinum reseller that leads digital transformation for manufacturing enterprises. We provide technology platforms and enterprise applications for smart and connected products, operations, and systems. We are looking for an Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Technical Implementation Consultant to implement PTC Windchill software.
LocationRemote professionals based in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Boston, New York City, Atlanta, Charlotte, or Orlando. Headquarters:
Mount Laurel, NJ USA.
As a Technical Consultant, you will help clients solve challenging issues. The work is fast‑paced, demanding, and offers exposure to unique opportunities. Your focus will be on helping clients maximize value from software solutions, not just making technology work.
Responsibilities- Install, design, develop, test, and drive adoption of software solutions for diverse clients.
- Identify and document current processes, analyze them, suggest future state, and secure end‑user buy‑in.
- Conduct workshops to gather user requirements and functionalities, and generate functional specifications.
- Identify gaps in the current state and design solutions to bridge those gaps.
- Formulate workflow processes based on customer input and the Windchill change management process.
- Work directly with customers and development teams.
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- 5+ years with Windchill and experience with Windchill PLM, PDMLink, and other PTC products.
- Knowledge of Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML for Windchill modification.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Engineering/Computer Science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities, oversee infrastructure design, system upgrades, customizations, workflow creation, and work with a team to meet customer requirements.
- Experience with resource planning and allocation.
- Experience installing, upgrading, integrating, and migrating a Windchill environment.
- Self‑starter able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Will work from home with minimum travel (under 10%).
