• Do you enjoy supporting organizations and business models in their transformation to data-driven companies?
• Do you enjoy taking on (partial) project management, both on-site at the customer s premises and internally as an interface to various business units?

• Several years of experience as a consultant in sales/pre-sales
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of AI, machine learning, and generative models, as well as experience in the application of AI models and algorithms such as OpenAI
• Successful degree (data science, business informatics, or comparable)
• At least one year of experience in developing AI strategies and solutions
• We value a flair for creative problem solving and the ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner
• Very good German and English skills (at least B2+/C1)
• Residence in Southern Germany or willingness to relocate to Southern Germany
• Most importantly, based on your existing knowledge, you should be enthusiastic about new topics and eager to shape them

• Sustainable strategic design of innovative AI and data solutions along the entire value chain
• Continuous analysis of trends and developments in the field of AI and data, and their translation into the technology strategies of HICO and our customers
• Establishment/expansion of an AI competence center and promotion of a culture of innovation and AI competence throughout the company
