• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and identify automation possibilities
• Create reusable components, templates, and scalable automation frameworks
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of bots
• Integrate UiPath workflows with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and automation configurations
• Monitor deployed bots, resolve production issues, and implement improvements
• Participate in practical automation projects and continuous learning sessions
• Engage in interview preparation and receive ongoing career assistance

• 0–3 years of experience in UiPath or RPA‑related development
• Basic understanding of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
• Knowledge of selectors, workflows, data scraping, and REFramework (preferred)
• Familiarity with programming concepts or languages such as Python, , or C#
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing expertise in automation technologies
