We're seeking for a seasoned Business Analyst with a specialization in a market leading LIMS (Such as Lab Vantage, Lab Ware, Sample Manager, Starlims) to enrich our team. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring our LIMS implementations are not just solutions, but catalysts for efficiency and effectiveness. • Lead engagements with stakeholders to identify and articulate business needs, translating these into feasible LIMS technical solutions.
• Analyze laboratory operations to tailor LIMS functionalities that enhance workflow, compliance, and data management.
• Guide the development and customization of LIMS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and laboratory practices.
• Oversee LIMS implementation projects, collaborating with IT or vendor teams to meet technical specifications and business goals.
• Conduct system testing to assure alignment with requirements, followed by training for laboratory personnel to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems.
• Maintain expert knowledge on LIMS technologies, industry trends, and best practices, serving as a key resource within the organization.

• Over 5years of experience in software development, deployment, and maintenance, with a deep focus on LIMS.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the German and English language at B2 level or higher (professional fluency).
• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of deciphering complex workflows and crafting precise technical requirements from business needs.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in laboratory operations and familiarity with regulatory compliance is highly advantageous.
