IT Consultant
- Manage and implement new systems or changes to existing systems on time and within budget
- Communicate results withinthe organization and to clients
- Manage third party vendors and ensure their product is compliant with CTI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work independently with sponsors to support and develop business
- Work with system owners to develop requirements and transform into a usable system within the SDLC framework
- Maintain necessary documentation as required by CTI SOPs, including those required for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Work with and support other developers to create and implement best practices for processes and systems;
Provide leadership to other developers - Proactively identify areas where technology can improve business processes and productivity
- Work with Vendor and other CTI team members to apply patches and updates to Clinical Systems
- Work with Vendor and other CTI team members to identify and resolve system issues or defects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5 years of experience managing systems
- Strong process background in clinical systems
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, HTML, PHP,.Net, and Tableau
