YSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior XPP /XSLT Publishing Architect to support the GPO program. The XPP/XSLT Publishing Architect provides end-to-end ownership of XPP and XSLT specification workflows supporting our client publishing systems.

• Maintain and update XPP specifications, template jobs, and dependent workflows.
• Troubleshoot XPP Web Manager issues and resolve specification update failures.
• Oversee XSLT, SEF, and Mark Logic ingestion pipelines.
• Validate publishing output through PDF regression testing.
• Support Congressional App updates requiring XPP/XSLT modifications.

• Advanced XPP pagination and formatting rule design.
• Extensive Saxon/XSLT 2.0/3.0 experience.
• Deep knowledge of the historical Congressional publishing specification set.
• Minimum 10 years in C#, SQL stored procedures, Blazor Server, and Saxon.
