- Document performance metrics and troubleshoot issues in complex SAP environments
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; relevant work experience may substitute for education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident due to security requirements
- Experience in SAP environments, including SAP HANA DB administration
- Strong analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP CFIN, S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, and related technologies
- Familiarity with Release Management and Transport Management concepts
- Experience in performance metrics and troubleshooting for consulting needs
