Job Description Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the rollout plan, timeline, and milestones.
- Coordinate across IT, business leadership, operations, and vendors.
- Execute communications, training, and change management activities.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users.
- Track issues, risks, and adoption metrics; provide executive-ready updates.
- Provide support within the application by adjusting, creating or removing rules.
- Approved implementation and rollout plan.
- Documented onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Training materials and communications.
- Successful rollout with hands on support.
- Adoption metrics and final transition documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination/management, implementation, or tool rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience driving end-user adoption.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, time-bound environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams).
- Prior vendor coordination experience.
- Experience with excellent customer service/support.
