Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch/Flemish Speaking Technical Online Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will assist Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers by providing technical solutions and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

• Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers via online channels
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues promptly and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through technical problems and offer solutions
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and maintain accurate support documentation
• Work closely with product and development teams to escalate unresolved issues
• Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and industry standards to enhance customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex concepts
• Familiarity with online support tools and CRM systems is advantageous
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new environment
• Proactive, positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers succeed
