Role OverviewThe Lifecycle Marketing & Growth Operations Manager owns the systems and operations that support lifecycle engagement and growth, from first touch through onboarding, expansion, and long‑term engagement. This role is responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving the marketing and CRM infrastructure that enables consistent execution, data integrity, and measurable outcomes.
This is a hands‑on role with direct ownership of lifecycle programs, marketing automation, funnels, analytics, dashboards, integrations, and data health. The Manager contributes practical input into planning and prioritization by translating direction into working systems and identifying opportunities to improve performance over time.
The scope, channels, and audiences supported by lifecycle and growth initiatives will continue to evolve. This role is expected to operate effectively in that environment, applying judgment, structure, and steady progress as priorities develop.
This is a fully remote role for U.S.
-based candidates. Compensation is based on scope and experience.
- Own and execute lifecycle programs, including newsletters, onboarding communications, nurture programs, and engagement or expansion initiatives
- Maintain high standards for quality, relevance, and consistency across lifecycle communications
- Build and maintain scalable workflows that support lead capture, routing, engagement, and lifecycle progression
- Own and maintain lifecycle transition logic and internal hand‑off workflows to ensure timely, consistent follow‑up across teams
- Manage and maintain:
- Form logic and field strategy
- Lifecycle stages and routing rules
- Calendar booking and scheduling integrations
- Lead source tracking and attribution
- Own the day‑to‑day operation of marketing automation and CRM workflows within a Zoho‑based environment, including:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Marketing Automation
- Zoho Analytics
- Build, maintain, and refine segmentation, targeting, scoring, lifecycle definitions, and automated follow‑ups
- Design and maintain integrations across marketing, CRM, outreach, analytics, and inbound tools using Zoho Flow, , Zapier, or similar platforms
- Ensure inbound, outbound, and retargeting engagement systems are fully connected to the CRM so activity, responses, and intent inform lifecycle progression and reporting
- Document systems and workflows to support continuity and long‑term improvement
- Ensure inbound lead capture, attribution, routing, and lifecycle handling are correctly configured
- Enable retargeting and re‑engagement by defining lifecycle‑ and behavior‑based audiences and ensuring engagement signals flow back into CRM reporting
- Support outbound marketing systems by connecting outreach activity and responses into CRM and lifecycle workflows
- Assist with the build and deployment of landing pages, gated content, and associated lead flows, including form setup, routing, and tracking
- Partner with teams responsible for SEO, website management, social media, or media execution to ensure traffic and leads are properly captured and routed
- Own data hygiene, list health, and deliverability practices
- Manage enrichment processes to improve targeting and decision‑making
