- 3+ years experience working in a veterinary practice or applicable work experience with familiarity of IDEXX products.
- Ability to build relationships with all personalities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with customers, management, and peers.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment; make quality, timely decisions.
- Strong listening skills to discover customer needs and adapt approaches accordingly.
- Comfort with learning and using technology (computers, tablets, Smartphones); computer networking experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record; willingness to travel within designated territory and beyond as needed.
- Fluency in English.
- Install and train clinic staff on IDEXX Analyzers (Pro Cyte, Catalyst One, Sedi Vue, InVue) and provide onsite technical support.
- Manage customer accounts and develop strategies to maintain relationships through education and customer-centric solutions.
- Travel to customer sites, adjust schedules as needed for events and emergency visits, and collaborate with internal teams to support customers.
You will work as part of a field-based team from a home office, planning and strategizing customer visits to be IDEXX ambassadors and trusted advisors. The role emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing professional development, and growth through training programs. Expect varied days with opportunities to visit diverse towns and places.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Regular standing and sitting, reaching, handling tools, occasional climbing/bending, lifting up to 60 pounds, and required vision/hearing capabilities. Weekend hours and overtime may be required. Overnight travel and international travel possible.
