What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the resolution of support issues reported by internal and offsite clients in an efficient manner
  • Act as a technical authority, providing expertise to team members and clients
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded through effective communication
  • Log incoming customer communications and take ownership of support requests
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide advice on appropriate actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Windows basic products, along with networking technologies such as routers, firewalls, and VPN devices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and experience
  • Experience with Windows Server administration and maintenance
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and group policies
  • Natural interest in IT and staying updated with new technologies
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to clients with varying levels of IT knowledge
