What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the delivery of new capabilities, enhancements, and features across the Credit AMTF Train
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize input from various teams
  • Facilitate PI Planning sessions to set goals and commitments for AMTF capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address impacts and dependencies
  • Ensure timely delivery of committed changes and address roadblocks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of experience in consumer/commercial risk management without a degree
  • 3+ years of experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner/Manager
  • 3+ years of project management experience with a focus on detail and data integrity
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry in functional areas such as Technology, Operations, or Credit infrastructure
  • Experience operating at a strategic level within cross‑functional teams
  • Strong understanding of consumer and commercial lending products and practices
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality control frameworks
  • Advanced analytical skills with programming experience in SAS, SQL, or Python
