Senior Business Analyst​/Configurator​/Developer; ServiceNow; Fully Remote U.S Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Configurator / Developer to support federal government clients through the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Service Now solutions. This role requires close collaboration with government stakeholders to translate mission and operational needs into scalable, secure, and compliant Service Now configurations.

The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis expertise, hands‑on Service Now configuration experience, and the ability to deliver solutions in Agile, compliance‑driven federal environments.

• Engage with federal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Translate agency and mission requirements into Service Now solutions aligned with platform capabilities and federal best practices
• Configure and support Service Now modules to meet program, operational, and compliance requirements
• Support Service Now installations and enhancements in accordance with federal security, governance, and documentation standards
• Estimate, plan, and manage Service Now implementation tasks, schedules, and deliverables
• Track and report project status, risks, and milestones to government and internal stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) within a federal Agile delivery framework
• Support testing, validation, documentation, and transition‑to‑operations activities as required by federal contracts

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience
• Experience in one or more of the following Service Now modules:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Employee Center Pro (ECP)
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
  • Security Operations (Sec Ops)
  • Vulnerability Response (VR)
  • Nuvolo
• Service Now certifications
• Service Now micro‑certifications
• Experience working with government or enterprise stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Demonstrated ability to map complex business processes to Service Now functionality
• Hands‑on experience with Service Now software installation and configuration
• Experience estimating, planning, and managing Service Now implementation efforts
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements

• Active or previously held Public Trust clearance
• Prior experience supporting federal, state, or local government clients
• Experience in compliance‑driven or regulated environments
