- Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication among project teams and clients
- Perform business process requirements analysis and documentation
- Configure software using approved workflows and business rules
- Customize training materials and deliver training sessions
- Identify and mitigate issues and risks that could negatively impact projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of CIS and/or Utility Industry experience
- Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make autonomous decisions
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and familiarity with software tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems
- Experience with S&S en Questa software
- Demonstrated ability to drive business process analysis sessions with customers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work
