• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial policies
• Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications across departments
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D project management processes and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Cloud, product development, or technical projects
• Experience working in a cross‑functional team environment with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)

• PMP or similar project management certification
• Strong understanding of Cloud and product development life cycles
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with technical software development terminology and tasks
• Ability to analyze project outcomes for continuous improvement opportunities
