- Troubleshoot escalated bugs and provide fixes, ensuring operational continuity
- Conduct quality assurance on completed work according to documented acceptance criteria
- Analyze and document existing processes related to information technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience analyzing business processes and data
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative development
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for customer service and team collaboration
- Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Salesforce Administrator
- Experience in higher education, particularly in advancement or fundraising
- Familiarity with Affinaquest or Salesforce in a higher education technology environment
- Advanced technical knowledge of application systems and industry best practices
- Relevant skills in Agile systems and business analysis
