The ideal candidate should have extensive Service Now skills and 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for overseeing incident documentation and facilitating major incident calls. The contract is independent with a pay rate of $90-110/hr ideal candidates will also have ITIL certifications and a willingness to manage critical events effectively.
