Position: MICROSOFT DYNAMICS CRM TECHNICAL LEAD (REMOTE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CRM platforms, including Dynamics configuration and integrations
  • Collaborate with developers to create, test, and implement custom features and workflows
  • Gather and document business requirements for CRM functionalities and translate them into technical specifications
  • Manage CRM system upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Liaison between IT, business teams, and external vendors to communicate technical solutions effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong technical expertise in CRM workflows, configuration, and support, including JavaScript and Plugins
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM integrations and APIs, preferably with Azure Functions/logic apps
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools such as Power BI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and CRM deployment pipelines, preferably Azure Dev Ops
  • Knowledge of Dynamics Customer Engagement module (Sales)
  • Dynamics CRM certification
