Position Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Specialist to manage and optimize content on  and our digital listings. This role is critical to ensuring exceptional customer experience on the website, maintaining accurate brand-aligned content, and partnering with our website and SEO vendors to ensure a strong, competitive SEO presence. The Website Specialist will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance usability, discoverability, and performance across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Content & Customer Experience
  • Own and manage day-to-day content updates on , including location-specific details, coupons, branding updates, service page content, and blog posts, with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and customer journey optimization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the on-site customer experience, ensuring content is easy to navigate, accurate, mobile-friendly, and aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks across the website to ensure consistent user experience, accurate content, and proper functionality across devices and browsers.
Vendor & SEO Collaboration
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Website and SEO agency partners, managing requests, timelines, and deliverables related to site updates, optimization initiatives, and performance improvements.
  • Partner with vendors to support on-page SEO best practices, including content structure, metadata, internal linking, and local SEO enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and ensure website updates support SEO strategy.
Local Listings & Digital Presence
  • Own and optimize Service Experts center location data across non-owned platforms, including Google Business Profiles, Yelp, and other digital listings.
  • Ensure accuracy of location details, licensing, services, and social profile linking while following platform best practices.
  • Create and manage monthly content plans for Google Business Profiles to support local engagement and visibility.
Campaign & Performance Support
  • Own the coupon experience on , including scheduling, personalization, and post-launch QA.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly website reporting, tracking key performance indicators such as calls, form fills, and text message requests.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns by ensuring website content and structure align with campaign goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Sitecore, Drupal) or listing management tools.
  • Basic understanding of UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience working with creative or web development agencies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and local search optimization.
Preferred

Skills:
  • Experience in B2C or multi-location business environment.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Essential

Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Previous experience writing creative campaign briefs for creative resources.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and marketing automation tools a plus.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to tasks.
