About the Team:

We are seeking a talented and driven Automation Intelligence Solutions Lead to join our Sales Innovation & Technology team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI, machine learning, and automation solutions, in particular within Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Gemini, and Microsoft (e.g. Excel) environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation intelligence to enhance customer and seller experiences, optimize and automate business processes, and drive measurable productivity gains.

This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

* Work with key stakeholders and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements

* Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions

* Understand and rationalize broad business needs and work with key stakeholders to manage prioritization process and plan for effective delivery

* Demonstrate strong understanding of AI (Claude, Gemini, etc) & Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate them

* Identify and document process pain points and gaps in best practice

* Develop innovation solutions within the current sales technical stack

* Investigation and identification of new tool, products, vendors to meet business needs

* Perform Salesforce platform declarative configuration/development

* Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements

* Participate in the design of data integration to connect Salesforce and other systems

* Interface with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration with Salesforce

* Document changes to the design and implementation of Salesforce

* Research new releases of Salesforce and understand how they impact our organization

* Data manipulation and import and export data using Data Loader

* Manage ongoing support requests and Salesforce administrative needs

* Document processes and provide technical training for other team members

* Assist or lead training for the end users

* Other responsibilities or projects assigned by manager

Qualifications

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong focus on platform development and configuration. Deep knowledge of CPQ and Tableau.

* Proven experience designing and implementing solutions with Salesforce Einstein products or other AI/ML tools.

* Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

* Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and data integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Data Loader).

* Strong understanding of machine learning principles, data modeling, and predictive analytics.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Preferred

Certifications:

Salesforce AI Associate, Data Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer I/II.

* Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with Python for data analysis and external model integration. Capable of leading Excel modeling automation.
