What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Identify, map, measure, analyze, and improve clinical and business processes for assigned Epic applications
- Prepare documentation for business requirements and evaluate proposed solutions
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications
- Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct various testing phases to validate system performance
- Monitor system functionality and provide client training and support
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping and analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain EPIC certification(s) within 6 months
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with project management and using project management software
- Experience with Epic and other healthcare applications
- Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into system specifications
- Organizational and analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
