Technology Solution Center Analyst Lead

• Provide support and problem resolution for technology products and applications
• Manage and perform business process analysis projects and related assignments
• Resolve incidents and fulfill requests in accordance with knowledge documentation
• Assist with overall performance analysis of Technology Solution Center operations
• Support leadership with knowledge management, training, and new product support

• Minimum of 4+ years of related business or functional experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in customer support operations and technical troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical support experience
• Knowledge of call center technologies and hardware infrastructure

• Experience with customer solutions and data architecture
• Familiarity with end-user support and problem resolution techniques
• Previous roles in a help desk or technical support environment
