- Provide architectural leadership for Active Directory, Entra , Configuration Manager, and Intune in a multi-OS, multi-domain environment
- Plan and execute partner migrations as part of the transition to One Active Directory
- Drive automation, documentation, and modernization efforts, especially regarding hybrid Azure AD client adoption
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide escalation support across departments
- Participate in university security processes and project initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Active Directory & Azure/Entra advanced management of Microsoft Configuration Manager in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows (10+ and Server 2012R2+), Advanced Power Shell scripting, and Active Directory Federation Services
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Solid communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
- 8-12 years of related experience in IT
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune
- Familiarity with multi-factor authentication concepts, firewall, and privileged access management
- Experience with user life cycle management and server administration
- Passion for continuous learning and working with emerging technologies
