VP, PRISM Product Manager

• Lead the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements across the Credit AMTF Train and support Collections features as needed
• Manage diverse stakeholder expectations and prioritize input from various teams
• Facilitate PI Planning sessions and communicate project status and timelines to leadership
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to address impacts and dependencies
• Ensure timely delivery of committed changes and escalation of roadblocks as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management
• 3+ years of experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
• 3+ years of Agile Product Owner/Manager experience using agile methodology3+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on detail and data integrity
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry across various functional areas
• Experience operating at a strategic level as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong understanding of credit processes and consumer/commercial lending products
• Familiarity with Decision Engines such as FICO DMP, Power Curve, or similar platforms
• 2+ years of experience with SAS/SQL/Python programming
