The Lead IT Product Manager is a strategic, executive facing role responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s data strategy. This leader partners with senior executives, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define the long-term vision for data and guide the execution of high impact strategic initiatives. The role requires strong consulting skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence across a complex enterprise.

• Define and lead the organizational data strategy
  , establishing long-term priorities and execution roadmaps.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, offering insight-driven recommendations and facilitating alignment across business and technology groups.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  , ensuring shared ownership and clarity of strategic direction.
• Drive cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives, establishing governance structures, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring disciplined delivery.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable data capabilities that improve decision‑making and enterprise performance.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform ongoing strategy refinement and thought leadership.
• Promote a data‑driven culture by championing best practices and enabling organizational change.

• 8 – 10+ years experience in strategic consulting
  , enterprise strategy, product management, or large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers and lead through ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of data strategy, governance, and enterprise data practices
  .
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment.

• Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
• Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel:
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$126,300 - $173,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
