• Act as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct business process requirements analysis and documentation based on customer needs
• Configure software using approved workflows and business rules
• Provide training and support during customer testing and product implementation
• Identify and mitigate issues that could negatively impact project success

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CIS and/or Utility Industry
• Strong understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and experience with debugging error logs

• Familiarity with S&S en Questa, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make autonomous decisions quickly
• Experience in conducting business process analysis sessions with customers
