NOC Project Manager - Remote

• Own the full project lifecycle for network operations initiatives, from planning to implementation and closeout
• Lead requirements workshops and produce detailed documentation for stakeholders
• Build and track integrated project schedules and resource plans using tools like Jira
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change control while driving timely decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional execution for Network Operations initiatives to enhance efficiency

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications, ISP, or network operations environments
• High-level understanding of IP networking and transport technologies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Telecommunications, Engineering) preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 and ITIL Foundation preferred
• Scripting/automation experience (Python, Ansible, Terraform) and familiarity with OSS/NMS/EMS integrations a plus
• Clear written and verbal communication skills tailored for both executives and technical teams
• Leadership and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams
