• Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans for large-scale programs
• Drive project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones
• Manage resource allocation and understand team member workloads
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks while communicating expectations to team members
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycle

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
• CORE or equivalent project management expertise
• Experience with both waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies
• Ability to travel approximately 25%-50% to various U.S. sites

• Prior experience with SAP and ERP implementations
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative software development approaches
• Proven ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading and managing change effectively
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications
