- Maintain system documentation, process maps, and knowledge articles
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8 years of experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or platform administration
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Exposure to cloud environments (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management processes
- Experience in regulated industries
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or release activities
- Knowledge of healthcare data
