• Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio
• Analyze business processes in collaboration with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Create reusable automation components and scalable workflow frameworks
• Conduct debugging, testing, and performance tuning to ensure bot stability and efficiency
• Integrate UiPath solutions with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for workflows and system configurations
• Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and apply necessary enhancements
• Participate in hands‑on automation projects and guided learning sessions
• Engage in interview preparation and ongoing professional development support

• 0–2 years of experience in UiPath development or related RPA roles (academic projects/internships acceptable)
• Basic knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and automation best practices
• Understanding of selectors, workflows, data scraping, and REFramework (preferred)
• Familiarity with programming fundamentals or languages such as Python, , or C#
• Strong analytical thinking and process-mapping abilities
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
