We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Scrum Master / Development Operations Manager to support our product and engineering teams by driving efficient delivery, removing blockers, and ensuring projects stay on track. This is a hybrid role
, requiring regular availability for in-person collaboration in South Florida
, along with remote work flexibility.

This role blends agile facilitation with hands‑on project management and is ideal for someone who can balance structure with adaptability while working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross‑functional engineering teams
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product team to groom and prioritize backlogs, ensuring stories are well‑defined and ready for development
• Manage project timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives
• Track team capacity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics; communicate status clearly to stakeholders
• Identify and remove blockers that impact team velocity or delivery
• Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
• Coordinate work across engineering, product, design, QA, and other departments
• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and delivery plans in coordination with the Product team
• Help ensure alignment between business goals, technical execution, and delivery timelines
• Work with the executive team to streamline operations for the development team including implementing and refining productivity benchmarking

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role in a software or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project‑management methodologies
• Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with agile and project‑management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be located in or able to commute to South Florida for in‑office collaboration weekly

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience in a hybrid or distributed team environment,
• Background working on SaaS platforms or large-scale applications
• Familiarity with product development life cycles and release management
